Shipping 

After you place your order you should receive an email within several minutes with a receipt and order ID. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed and shipped in 24-48 hours. 

We're working hard to reduce packaging size and keep our shipping costs down. Your shipping cost will depend on the specific weight of your order and final delivery address. 

When your order has shipped, you should receive an email which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your item doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us with the order number and your name and we'll do our best to track it down. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy after receipt of your order. If your KonaPong product is unused and in its original packaging we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost of the return. 

But we also, as a young company always striving to be better, want to work with you and understand your frustrations with our products should issues arise beyond that 30-day period.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and the order number and we'll do our best to make it right.
